Game One Labs, Inc. ("Game One Labs," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to maintaining robust privacy protections for its users. This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect, use, and safeguard the information you provide to us when you use the TS2 mobile application and the www.gameonelabs.comwebsite (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing or using the Platform, you accept this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service, and you consent to our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described herein. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Who We Are
Game One Labs, Inc. is a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 7901 4th St N, Suite 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. We operate the TS2 platform, which is designed to support student-athletes in their athletic, academic, social, and emotional development.

2. Applicability and Minimum Age
The Platform is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly permit children under 13 to create their own accounts. Users between the ages of 13 and 17 are considered minors on our Platform and are subject to additional protections described in this policy.
If you are a parent or legal guardian creating an account on behalf of a minor, you represent that you have the legal authority to do so and that you consent to this Privacy Policy on behalf of that minor.
If we discover that a user is under 13 and has created an account without parental consent, we will promptly delete that account and all associated data.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information You Provide Directly
When you register and use the Platform, we collect:
- →Account information: name, email address, password, date of birth, and profile photo
- →Athlete profile: primary sport, position, grade level, graduation year, school name, training goals, and equipment access
- →Academic data: GPA, report card images or uploads, academic goals, and grade history
- →Athletic performance data: sports metrics, statistics, game performance, and progress tracked over time
- →Health and wellness data: hydration levels, sleep habits, nutrition information, and self-reported wellness check-ins
- →Parent and guardian information: name, email address, and phone number (collected when linking a guardian to a minor account)
- →Communications: messages you send through the Platform, support requests, and feedback
- →Content creator information: tax identification (SSN/EIN last 4 digits only), banking information (handled entirely by Stripe Connect), legal name, and business address
3.2 Information Collected Automatically
- →Device information: device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information
- →Usage data: features you use, content you view, videos you watch, quizzes you complete, and time spent on the Platform
- →Performance data: XP earned, level progression, streak data, and learning mastery progress
- →Log data: IP address, access times, pages viewed, and app crashes
- →Cookie and tracking data: we use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, track preferences, and improve the service
3.3 Team and Coach Data
If you join a team on the Platform, additional data is collected including team membership, roster position, game statistics, play-by-play data, and team communications.
Important: Data created while you are a member of a team is considered team data. Athletes may delete their personal account, but team-related data remains part of the team record as it forms part of the team's historical record.
3.4 Payment Information
Payment information for store purchases is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full credit card number or payment credentials. Creator payout banking details are handled entirely by Stripe Connect. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of payment and banking data.

- →Personalize your experience based on your sport, age, skill level, and goals
- →Track and display your athletic and academic progress over time
- →Operate the spaced repetition learning engine and deliver personalized educational content
- →Award XP, badges, and achievements based on your activity
- →Enable parent and guardian visibility into a minor athlete's progress and activity
- →Connect athletes with coaches and teams
- →Process store purchases
- →Calculate and process creator earnings and payouts via Stripe Connect
- →Send transactional communications including account verification, parent invite links, and payout confirmations
- →Improve the Platform through analytics and usage data
- →Comply with legal obligations including IRS 1099-NEC reporting requirements for content creators
- →Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and safety violations
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes without your consent.
5.1 With Coaches and Team Members
When you join a team, your profile information, athletic statistics, and performance data are visible to your coach and teammates within the Platform.
5.2 With Parents and Guardians
If you are a Minor User, your linked parent or guardian can view your activity, progress, academic data, and communications on the Platform.
5.3 With Service Providers
We share information with vendors who perform services for us, including Firebase/Google (authentication and data storage), Stripe (payment processing and creator payouts), and email service providers.
5.4 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation, or disclosure is reasonably necessary to meet any applicable legal process or enforceable governmental request.
5.5 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your personal information may be among the assets transferred. You will be notified of any such transfer and any changes to this Privacy Policy.
6. Parental Consent and Minor Accounts
- →We require parental or guardian consent before activating certain social and communication features
- →Parents and guardians linked to a minor's account can view that athlete's activity, progress, academic data, and communications
- →Coaches communicating with minor athletes are subject to platform monitoring and safety features
- →Minor athletes' profiles are not publicly discoverable by default
- →We do not knowingly collect or retain sensitive personal information from users under 13
Parents or guardians may contact us at privacy@gameonelabs.com to review, update, or request deletion of their child's personal information, subject to the team data retention provisions described in Section 3.3.
7. Data Retention
- →Account data: retained until you delete your account or request deletion
- →Academic and athletic progress data: retained for the life of your account to support longitudinal tracking
- →Team data: retained indefinitely as part of the team's historical record
- →Payment records: retained as required by financial regulations (typically 7 years)
- →Communications and messages: retained for safety monitoring purposes for a minimum of 2 years
- →Creator tax records: retained as required by IRS regulations
8. Your Rights and Choices
- →Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- →Correction: request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- →Deletion: request deletion of your account and personal information, subject to team data retention and legal retention requirements
- →Portability: request your data in a portable format
- →Opt-out of marketing communications: unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time
- →Cookie preferences: manage cookie preferences through your device or browser settings

No method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
10. Push Notifications
We may send push notifications to your device for game updates, team announcements, academic milestones, and Platform activity. You can manage notification preferences in your device settings or within the Platform at any time.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by us through the Platform.
12. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by sending a notice to the primary email address associated with your account and by posting a prominent notice in the Platform. Significant changes will go into effect 30 days following notification.
For changes that materially affect Minor Users, we will also notify linked parents and guardians by email.
